About me
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between what we eat and how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Studying nutrition deepened that passion, but it was my own journey through health, fitness, and navigating all the conflicting advice out there that really motivated me to become a nutritionist.
What I love most about this work is helping people cut through the noise and feel empowered by knowledge. Seeing clients gain confidence, stop stressing about food, and start fuelling themselves with purpose is incredibly rewarding. I’m here to make nutrition feel less like a struggle and more like a tool for energy, strength, and self-care.

My Philosophy on Nutrition and Well-being
I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. My philosophy is rooted in balance, evidence, and sustainability. I don’t promote extremes or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on helping people build realistic habits that support their energy, performance, and overall well-being in the long term.
Well-being is about more than just what’s on your plate, it’s also how you think about food, how you feel in your body, and how nutrition fits into your day-to-day life. I aim to make nutrition feel approachable, enjoyable, and empowering, so you can feel your best and live with confidence.

Addressing Misconceptions About Nutrition
One of the biggest misconceptions is that nutrition has to be perfect to be effective, that you need to follow strict rules, cut out certain foods, or “eat clean” all the time to see results. This kind of all-or-nothing thinking often leads to frustration and burnout.
With my clients, I focus on progress over perfection. I help them understand that consistency matters more than extremes, and that enjoying food is part of a healthy lifestyle. We work together to build habits that are flexible, realistic, and rooted in science, so they feel empowered, not restricted.

Personalised Nutrition Support
Personalisation starts with listening. I take the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, goals, preferences, challenges, and relationship with food. No two people are the same, so their nutrition support shouldn’t be either.
I use a combination of detailed assessments, open conversations, and evidence-based strategies to tailor every plan. Whether someone is training regularly, managing a busy schedule, or navigating emotional eating, I adapt my approach to meet them where they are and support realistic, sustainable progress.
